Shipping & Returns
Please allow up to 21 days for the making and sending of your items once purchased. (outside weekend and bank holidays). We will always specify when it will be ready or if it is ready to be shipped out right away. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you are shipping to a place that will keep your mail safe until you arrive. Additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region in which you live. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery. If a out of stock item is requested or an stock item is requested in a different size via email, we will be in correspondence with you regarding expected time of dispatch.
We offer a 10 day return policy, unfortunately we are not able to accept returns that have been used or show any signs of wear. It must also be in the original packaging to complete the process with a requirement of a receipt of proof of purchase.
3 STEPS TO SUCCEED YOUR REFUND
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the items you wish to return and you will receive a return form.
Place your return to the address with the form + include the original packaging and send this back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify if you are approved. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to original method of payment within 3 - 5 days.
Shipping cost are non-refundable. We recommend you using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, a method that allows tracking as the sender is responsible for the shipment.
